Learn why your body sometimes resists the very things you want most and how to create the felt sense of safety that allows you to take bold action. You'll understand the three branches of your autonomic nervous system and develop practices to access your optimal state on demand.
Module 2: Internal Family Systems
Meet the parts of you that sabotage, that protect, that hold old wounds. Not as problems to fix, but as valuable members of your internal team. When your parts stop fighting each other, your energy becomes available for what matters.
Module 3: Limiting Beliefs
Identify the invisible ceilings on what you allow yourself to achieve, have, or become. Then learn precise techniques from NLP to dismantle beliefs that no longer serve you and install ones that do.
Module 4: Mindset
Drawing from Steven Kotler's neuroscience of flow, discover how to generate intrinsic motivation through curiosity, passion, and purpose. Learn how to make motivation reliable rather than fleeting by aligning identity with vision.
Module 5: Attention & the RAS
Your brain filters 11 million bits of information down to 50 conscious bits per second. Learn to programme this filter; your Reticular Activating System, to notice opportunities rather than threats. Master attention in an age of distraction.
Module 6: Identity and Embodiment
Create your Massively Transformative Purpose and break it down into achievable daily actions. Learn Kotler's approach to making the impossible probable through strategic goal architecture and flow-based achievement.
