How It Works

There are two steps.

Step 1. Complete Inner Mastery for yourself.
You can't guide others where you haven't been.

Step 2. Become accredited.
Then teach Inner Mastery to your own students.

Step 1: Inner Mastery For Yourself

Part One: Safety and Foundations

You'll learn essential trauma-informed tools to create safety in the body and build inner agency.

We start with the nervous system and your subconscious conditioning.

Most of your patterns and beliefs formed when you were young. So they're often invisible. Like walls you keep bumping into. No matter how hard you try, progress feels slow.

It sounds like the inner critic saying you can't.
Or the part of you that keeps pushing, even when you know it's not working.

Part Two: Peak Performance

With a strong foundation in place, peak performance tools become possible.

We move into mindset, flow state, identity and embodiment.

You'll learn to meet yourself where you are. To work with your biology, not against it.

You'll explore who you want to be, what matters to you, and how this shapes your diving and your life. From there, you'll set compelling goals that create sustainable success.

You'll walk away with:

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system

  • A clear understanding of your patterns and where they come from

  • A quieter inner critic and more self trust

  • Easier access to flow, in the water and out of it

  • More honest, connected relationships

  • Goals that feel meaningful and sustainable

Step 2: Accreditation

For freediving instructors only.

One month of weekly live training.

Once accredited, you become an Inner Mastery Facilitator. You'll get:

  • A ready made program to teach

  • Access to the online portal for you and your students

  • Videos and exercises for all 6 modules, so students can learn and integrate in their own time

What You'll Learn

Foundational coaching skills, so you feel confident supporting your students' inner world alongside their diving.

Communication

  • Active listening

  • Non verbal communication

  • Creating a safe space for your students

Regulation

  • Supporting someone who is dysregulated

  • Co-regulation

  • Staying regulated yourself as a coach

Coaching philosophy

  • Empowering students, not "fixing" them

  • Keeping students in their window of tolerance: stretched, not overwhelmed

  • Boundaries and signposting: knowing where you can help, and where you can't

Please note: this program won't make you a therapeutic coach. It empowers you to support your students when things come up, and to help them get better results with more ease and enjoyment.

Your Final Assessment

Our accreditation reflects the quality Wild Within stands for. So every instructor completes a final assessment.

It's not a test. It's there to make sure you feel confident. If something feels difficult, we'll work with you until you're ready.

Graduating allows you to facilitate Inner Mastery. It does not allow you to call yourself a certified coach or therapist.

Ongoing Support (Optional)

Once you've enrolled your first cohort, join our monthly group mentoring. Share, ask questions, and get extra support with your students.

Get Listed

Accredited instructors are listed on the Wild Within website. More credibility. More visibility. More students finding you.

You'll also join a community of like minded instructors who share skills and knowledge
