This program is created for all the women who have a wildness within.
This wildness may have caused trouble in your life. You may have repressed, denied, and blamed her for past mistakes, but she is your life force and raw power to create.
Working with your wild woman will give you a deep connection to your purpose, more self-esteem, and the reclamation of self.
She will support you in business, relationships, and life.
Six modules. Deep, lasting change.
The program offers a confidential space for women to express and share openly, to be held in their vulnerability, witnessed and seen.
The structure gives you information, tools and most importantly and embodies experience of learning how to trust yourself again: your intuition, your power, your desire, your spirituality, and your beautiful body.
Each module includes short video lessons and practical exercises. We then meet weekly as a group for live sessions focused on depth, integration, and real application.
Module 1: Nervous System Foundations
Learn why your body sometimes resists the very things you want most and how to create the felt sense of safety that allows you to take bold action. You'll understand the three branches of your autonomic nervous system and develop practices to access your optimal state on demand.
Module 2: Internal Family Systems
Meet the parts of you that sabotage, that protect, that hold old wounds. Not as problems to fix, but as valuable members of your internal team. When your parts stop fighting each other, your energy becomes available for what matters.
Module 3: Limiting Beliefs
Identify the invisible ceilings on what you allow yourself to achieve, have, or become. Then learn precise techniques from NLP to dismantle beliefs that no longer serve you and install ones that do.
Module 4: Mindset & RAS
Your brain filters 11 million bits of information down to 50 conscious bits per second. Learn to programme this filter; your Reticular Activating System, to notice opportunities rather than threats. Master attention in an age of distraction.
Module 5: Boundaries
Boundaries are the line between who you are and who everyone needs you to be. Most of us never learned boundaries as self-respect; We didn’t realise, but we traded our own signals for approval, belonging, or control. Boundaries are the line that changes everything: it's the difference between a life built from authentic choice and one built from appeasement, between energy that's yours to direct and energy leaking out to manage everyone else's comfort.
Module 6: Embodiment
Your body knows the truth before the mind does and for women trained to override their own signals to stay safe, likable, or in control, reconnecting to that internal sense is what makes any change real instead of just another thing you're willing yourself through.
